Even the iconic KitchenAid mixer can't escape the personalization trend. While KitchenAid sells them in more than 25 colors -- from almond cream to "white on white" -- that isn't enough for some people.
"It turns out there's a whole mixer-customizing subculture that rejects the austere high-tech aesthetic, favoring instead the bright colors of custom paint jobs and lowrider-style decal ornament just for mixers," reports the LA Times.

Dear god, I want that one in the image.

The one above reminds me of the USS Torsk, a WWII-era submarine that is permanently docked in the Baltimore harbor: http://www.pbase.com/image/29963296

Well I make as many as I think will cover the costs. It's all about the mixer love. I only have 3 mixer myself and looking for new product ideas and other's designs to post on my site all the time.
If you got one, send it to me from the www.flameKA.com site.
Thanks

WOW, I love it. It's much cheaper to buy car decals, though. Check out carstickers.com. Not all decals will work, but they do list measurements.

I started with car stickers but they didn't last because of the glossy overlay thickness/lack thereof, so when I scrub them the color ink comes off. They also don't stick well to Imperial Grey Black since these have a textured finish. So yes, they are much cheaper.
Also have a shark plane done now.
