
Ever since we saw these lovely breadsticks from Lucy over at Lucy's Kitchen Notebook we have been looking for an excuse to try them. They're quite simple yet brilliant: she layered spring herbs between sheets of phyllo dough, then rolled the dough into breadstick shapes and baked.
These would be beautiful for spring, piled in your bread basket...











Wow, those are really beautiful! Maybe I can pick up some herbs at the farmer's market tomorrow and give them a shot.
